GTSIL-P series silicones are two compounds, liquid, with the mixing ratio of 1:1 ( or 10:1) , it's also called addition cured

silicone rubber that have exceptional tear strength and working properties, cured in room temperature. There are a

wide range of applications for GTSIL-P series platinum silicone rubber.

1. Industry mold making : plaster, gypsum, concrete, stones, wax, jewelry, polyurethane, polyester resin etc.

2. Food grade mold making: cake ,candy ,chocolate etc.

3. Life casting: human body , human mask, etc.

4. Silicone products: Prosthetic limbs, silicone insoles, silicone doll, sexy doll, etc.

Due to its good characters and excellent performances , GTSIL-P series silicone is with a wide range of applications as

below:
 

(1) Silicone potting compound
for electronic components, such as PCB, circuit board, transformer, connectors, LED, power supplies and so on, or as media for air filter.

Advantages:

1) Good adhesion, flame retardant, waterproof, fire proof, insulation, moisture proof, quake-proof/ withstand vibration, thermal conductive, electrical conductive, Antistatic, excellent flow leveling, adjustable working time, good refracting, excellent electrical properties and so on.

2) Compared with epoxy resin, it has better modification ability and electrical insulation ability, high and low temperature resistance, climate aging resistance, ozone resistance, hydrophobia, non-flammability, non-toxic, non-corrosive and physiological inertia, etc.

3) Good cold and heat shock resistance, withstanding the cold and heat shock of - 60 C - 200 C, non-cracking, maintaining elasticity, sealing performance, moisture-proof/waterproof performance is superior.

4) After curing, it is an elastomer with good impact resistance, anti-ultraviolet and anti-atmospheric ageing weatherability, no exothermic heat during curing, little stress on electronic components, insufficient strength and low shrinkage.

5) It can be adjusted into flame retardant, insulating and conductive properties, with silicon-oxygen (Si-O) bond as the main chain structure, which is superior to other filling materials in life, poor adhesion and low strength.

6) It can be operated in all kinds of harsh environments without too much requirement for the environment (Moisture, salt fog, dust, vibration, heat, deep sea, cold, etc.).

Warm tips :

As platinum cure silicone is very sensitive, please avoid to mixing with the following materials, otherwise the silicone won't be cured :

1. Do not mix with liquid condensation silicone rubber or even the tool which used for condensation silicone.
2. Do not mix with organic matter which contains N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As,Hg, Ph,
3. Do not add any pigment or powder into the platinum cure silicone without testing.

Health and safety:

1. Avoid contact with eyes. Flush eyes with water and seek medical attention. Remove from skin with waterless hand

cleaner followed by soap and water. Children should not use this product without adult supervision.
 

2. GTSIL-P series is a platinum cure silicone , which is very easy to cause cure inhibition , so please do remember
