 Introduction:
RTV-2 mold silicon rubber is also called two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber; it has good flow and good operation. Add 2%-3% curing agent, the silicon rubber can still flow in 18-25 minutes, it takes 2-3 hours to completely cure the mold, and the general mold should be kept for 24 hours before use. At this time, the performance of the mold is stable. The molds have good performances such as acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, low deformation and shrinkage resistance, high temperature resistance, resistance to tearing, etc.

Application:
Mainly used in polyethylene resin, epoxy resin, PU resin of decorations and gifts copying,
candle,gypsum,electronics,automobile and toys mold making.
