GTSIL-RVB25 vacuum bag silicone is two components 1:1  platinum cure silicone developed especially for making high performance, is easy to mix and apply. It is specially formulated as a spray-able molding material allowing the composite manufacturers to use the resin infusion technologies on an exceptional low cost. After mixing Part A and Part B in 1:1 by weight, the system will cure at ambient temperatures within 24hrs, but the rate of cure can be accelerated by heat. The cured system exhibits excellent physical and electrical prop .

The A B two-component liquid silicone vacuum introduction process creatively solves the vacuum forming process problems in the composite material industry, are increasingly considered as an innovative new alternative in the production of composite pieces to maximize production for serial batches.; the vacuum introduction process is made by using one side mold and one side silicone vacuum bag.
